Learning and activities in the local community so there is lots to do
Problem: Young people in our community are not enjoying or getting positive outcomes from school. There are limited other learning opportunities meaning we do not get to learn what we want or need to.
Solution: Children and young people in our community need more choices and more to do.
This is where this idea came from.
This idea relates to the United Nations Convention on The Rights of The Child:
- Right to learn.
Why the contribution is important
Don't like school, no choice.
More things like:
- Play / nature / arts / music
- Awards
Leading to better pathways / jobs / futures.
