Develop consistent and universal training and encourage organisational learning

• Develop a VAWG training programme for all officers to ensure a consistent approach is taken across the organisation (this should be refreshed frequently).
• Continuous review of cases and officer behaviour to encourage learning and identify good/bad practice (BWV could be used).
