• Police Scotland should have more involvement with schools, not just to discuss why crimes are bad but to educate young people on topics such as healthy sexual attitudes and behaviours and how to challenge problematic language and behaviours
• Working with partners to develop and deliver bespoke training and support sessions for young people, non-binary, or other gendered individuals would contribute to tackling VAWG at the early stages
• Having VAWG trained mentors available in schools to build trust and confidence with young people and the police
