Be transparent with the public and lead by example

• Senior male leaders must take responsibility for the organisation’s attitudes, behaviours and culture.
• Promote our internal policy responses (such as HR, PSD, parenting, maternity etc.) publicly to build confidence.

This idea is from a stakeholder seminar hosted recently by Police Scotland and key partners. It relates to suggested Outcome 4 - Building trust and confidence
